So the latest book and fad to make it around my office is the Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type.
I have had food sensitivity testing done by a Naturalpathic Dr. and every food that was on my sensitive severe list was also on the Avoid list with the Eat Right diet. I'm thinking this genetic link to food makes sense. But there were some discrepincies, a few food that I should eat says Eat Right, like sea food, I am actually intollerant to. There are also lots of vegitables that I love and eat all the time with no reaction that are on the Avoid list.
I have once again been bombarded with nutritional information. What to do, what to eat?
I found some good debates.
